At Fleuron Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to maintain eligibility for a refund.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
